Your personal information collected by Symphony on the Bay through on-line ticket sales, donations or contact email to us, will remain confidential and not be shared with any other organization or sponsor/partner/affiliate of Symphony on the Bay. It will not be used for any other reason than what we have identified without your express consent and signature of approval.

We will not share personal information with anyone outside of the Greater Hamilton Symphony Association (Symphony on the Bay). We may prepare statistical summaries for reports to government, granting agencies, or for marketing purposes, but no individual's information will be identifiable in such reports.

You may, on request, view what information we have on you, and you may, on request, correct this information or remove your name from our mailing list.

Personal information related to contracts, donations and other financial transactions will be retained in our files as required by our financial institutions or by law.
