Rehearsal Schedule
- Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm sharp, at the Hamilton Mennonite Church, 143 Lower Horning Road, Hamilton.
- Music is available for pickup from Graham Young 905-928-4671.
- Please contact the Personnel Manager Charlie Henderson if you are unable to attend a rehearsal.

Registration
If you have not yet registered, please see Charlie Henderson, Personnel Manager, at the next rehearsal to:
- Update your personal information (name address, phone, email, etc)
- Review the player's agreement
Then see Barry Matthews, Manager Orchestra Operations, to:
- Pay your membership fee ($200 regular, $100 student)
- Note that you can also pay your membership fee online. Go to Donate online, enter the amount and write "Membership" after your name when you fill in the form.
- Sign up to help on a committee
and pick up your music from Graham Young.
Program Advertising
Program advertising is an important source of revenue for Symphony on the Bay! Please do your part to help sell advertising, using the Program Advertising Order Form.
Corporate Sponsorship
Another way to get financial support is through corporate sponsorship. This is most effective when there is a personal connection between the corporation and a member of the orchestra. Consider approaching businesses you know, as a customer, or through a relative, friend or business association. Our Corporate Recognition document will be helpful.
Season Brochure
You can download and print the 2011-2012 Season Brochure to give to prospective advertisers and ticket buyers.
